This FAQ section is designed to help real estate agents understand how professional transaction coordination can support a smoother, more efficient workflow. Still have questions about transaction coordination or pre-listing support? I'd love to help.

Schedule a discovery call or reach out to Snyder & Co. to learn how I can support your real estate business — from Kansas City to St. Louis and everywhere in between.

How do I pay for services?

To keep billing simple and organized, all invoices are sent directly from Snyder & Co. after the transaction officially closes and funds. Payments are made securely online through our payment portal — giving you easy access to invoices, payment history, and statements anytime you need them.

Can the fee come out of my commission?

Some brokerages do allow a TC fee to be included on the Commission Disbursement Authorization — but because not all systems handle this consistently, Snyder & Co. bills agents directly. This prevents delays and keeps bookkeeping clean and efficient for everyone involved.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Snyder & Co. is owned and operated by a licensed Realtor® in both Missouri and Kansas, fully familiar with Heartland MLS rules, state requirements, and brokerage compliance expectations. You're supported by someone who understands the full real estate transaction process — not just the paperwork.

What happens if a file cancels?

There is no cancellation fee. When a cancellation or mutual release is signed, we distribute copies to all parties, notify title, and ensure the correct documents are in order. If your brokerage still requires a compliance submission, we can help finalize and organize that as well.

Will my TC use a branded email signature?

Absolutely. Your TC email signature will always identify us as: "Transaction Coordinator for [Agent Name / Team Name]"

If you have a branded team signature or specific formatting you'd like used, we're happy to match it.

How is Transaction Coordination different from Administrative Services?

Transaction Coordination focuses on contract management — deadlines, documents, communication, compliance, and coordination from contract to close.

Administrative Services support the marketing and operational side of your business, including client follow-ups, CRM tasks, social media support, mailers and print collateral, and general administrative tasks.

Both roles support different parts of your business — and when combined, they create a streamlined, efficient workflow that runs without you having to think about it.

Do you offer pre-listing help?

Yes. Snyder & Co. offers comprehensive Pre-Listing Services that can be customized to fit your workflow and listing style. Services may include listing file setup, seller disclosures and compliance forms, MLS-ready details input, photography and media scheduling, pre-inspection coordination, listing remarks writing, document organization, and pre-listing checklists and timeline planning.

Choose only what you need — we adapt to how you work.

Do you offer administrative or marketing support?

Yes. Snyder & Co. provides optional real estate administrative and design support, billed at an hourly rate. This is ideal for agents who want professional materials without hiring a full-time marketing assistant.

Examples include buyer and seller guides, listing and buyer packets, flyers and postcards, open house materials, just listed and just sold templates, holiday and client graphics, and farming and neighborhood materials.

Can you take over a file that’s already started?

Absolutely. Whether the file is brand new or halfway to the closing table, we can step in, get organized, and manage everything moving forward. We'll assess where things stand and create a smooth plan to get the transaction across the finish line.

Do you communicate with clients directly?

Yes. Snyder & Co. communicates professionally with all parties involved — buyers, sellers, co-op agents, lenders, title and escrow, inspectors, and clients. Our communication is always clear, timely, and supportive, so every person in the transaction feels informed and taken care of from contract to close.
