My path to transaction coordination is anything but ordinary — and I think that's exactly what makes me good at it.

I spent over 15 years as a certified home stager and design consultant, helping sellers present their homes at their absolute best. That work taught me something I carry into every transaction today: the details matter. Flow matters. Communication matters. The difference between a smooth experience and a stressful one almost always comes down to what's happening behind the scenes.

When I expanded into real estate, I discovered those same instincts — attention to detail, clear communication, organized systems — were exactly what agents needed from a TC. So Snyder & Co. was born: a transaction coordination business built on the belief that organized transactions create seamless closings.

As a licensed Realtor® in both Missouri and Kansas, I don't just understand paperwork — I understand your world. I know what a missed deadline costs. I know what it feels like when a transaction starts to unravel. And I know what it means to have someone in your corner who treats your clients like their own.

• After college, I became a flight attendant, which inspired my love for travel and people.

• My husband of 24 years and I have restored three historic homes (over 100+ years old) and renovated four others in the last decade.

• I’m a certified home stager and also provide holiday décor services for large commercial properties — including car dealerships and hotels.
